His role is to confirm the appointment before leads are passed on to business coaches.He along with two senior telemarketers operates from home office in Sydney. His main role is to rigorously qualify telemarketing leads, dig deep, identify pain and report the leads to Biz coaches. Nick is a semi-retired business coach and enjoys talking to biz owners. He is passionate about his work and leads qualified by him can be termed "cream of crops.
Ailea is MBA from University of Baguio in Philipinnes. Working as a Coach Relationship manager she is the first point of contact for business coaches in Australia. With exceptionally great customer service skills, she exceeds satisfaction of our existing clients by timely delivery, cordially replacing leads and ensures all leads are in line to the benchmark set. She is also responsible for developing additional business and ensuring all our clients are satisfied and raving fans of the company.
She is a professional singer and is pursuing diploma in Project Management from New Cambridge College University in Sydney.
Kams is a MBA and Social Media Expert. In the past, she has also had experience in customer service departments of hotel industry and has served as a Virtual Assistant to senior CEO’s in US. Working as a Marketing Manager her role is to expand the company’s telemarketing services in US and UK. Also working as a relationship manager to coaches, she is in direct touch with our telemarketing teams. Her role is to improve our efficiency in serving our clients with leads meeting their criteria.
She enjoys this challenging and professional role of speaking with business coaches in different parts of the world, introducing them to our services and then manage client relationships.
Also, working as a Executive assistant to the founder, she is part of Skype calls and meetings with different units of the company. Working with everyone in the company from admin, telemarketing and social media, she has a solution to almost every problem.
Swati is MBA in Finance and admin expert. She has been with Cyrus from 2012. Her main responsibility is making timely payments to staff, vendors and making sure all office equipment in the office is working and well maintained. Her main responsibility is to reduce the down time which adversely affects our call centre productivity. She is responsible for procuring software, calling lists and ensures a well maintained facility that add to staff productivity.
Also working as a finance controller she implements payment policies and monitors costings, Working directly with charted accountants, she also looks after the accounting side of both BPO and Real Estate Business.
